Delete your TiffinFlow account

You can delete your account and personal data at any time.

In the app

1. Open TiffinFlow → Account and log in if asked.
2. Tap Delete my account at the bottom.
3. Confirm. You are logged out immediately.

By email

Send an email to support@harshitchouhan.com from any address with the subject “Delete account” and your registered mobile number. We will verify the request by OTP and delete the account within 7 days.

What is deleted

• Your name, mobile number, email, addresses and notification tokens are deleted.
• Your subscriptions are cancelled.
• Passbook and payment entries are kept only in anonymised form, as required for the kitchen’s accounts.

Kitchen owners: please email us to close a kitchen so your customers can be informed first.
